You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 48 hours. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Please factor in this time an addition to shipping estimates. Orders are processed during Monday to Friday: 11am-4pm. 

All Orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email provided at checkout. 

Shipping times will vary depending on the area you are shipping. Within Canada, packages are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. 

We do ship Internationally! For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any. Shipping prices varied. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Salt Boutique is not responsible for lost of stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

RETURN POLICY: 

IN STORE 

Regular priced items, purchased in-store: 

We will be happy to exchange or apply a store credit for items that are retuned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. 

We do NOT refund in-store purchases. 

We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item such as dry cleaning, washing or wear. 

Salt Boutique reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that is not in its original condition

For all returns of exchanges: 

- items must not be washed, worn, or damaged 

- all original tags must be attached 

- you must present a valid receipt with return 

The Following Items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund- no exception:

Gift Cards: 

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. 

 

ONLINE 

All In-Store Policies apply, with the following exceptions: 

We must receive the item back in store within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns after this date will not be honoured. 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for online purchases. We will process the refund to original payment within 3 business days after receiving your package at our store. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be considered for return. 

The original shipping charge in non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund of the item(s). Again, we do not refund or credit the original shipping cost.
